MICHAEL EVANS
With over 20 years of external financial audit, forensic investigation, fraud risk management, and internal audit experience with two of the Big 4 Accounting Firms, as well as, a large SEC registrant. Michael has led numerous investigations, anti-corruption compliance, and financial audits in several countries on six continents. He earned his bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Akron, and is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Ohio), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Global Management Accountant.
In 2009, Michael was part of a group of tenured professionals that launched a partnership to vet new product ideas, and perform due diligence on concepts that were believed to have promise for early stage investment.
